General information     
     The house is located on a hillside with a partial view of the beach and surf. (Increasing vegetation down the hill is encroaching on the view.) The beach access path is three doors away, and it is then one block down to the sand.
     
    The  house  has:
        One bedroom with queen size bed.
        One bathroom
        A double futon couch
        Cable TV, DVD and VCR
        Kitchen without dishwasher
        Fireplace
    
     A modest stroll leads to the main street of Manzanita where there are several shops and restaurants.  About 10 miles away lies Cannon Beach with a multitude of restaurants and quaint shops 
     Depending on the amount of sand present there may be tidepools at the north end of the miles long sandy beach. Horseback riding at the south end (seasonally),and a nine hole golf course offer outdoor diversions.  See our "Links" page about these.   
   
Winter Rates   (September through May)
   $90/day.   Two day minimum

Summer and holiday rates   (June, July, August)
$100/day     Three day minimum

Adults and families only.  No teen or college parties.
Cleaning deposit $50
Damage deposit, for first time users only, $100
No smoking
Minimum stay, two days.
Dogs are welcome but an additional charge of $10/day will be made.
